Industrial IoT Hardware Ecosystem
The physical foundation of the Twinise digital twin loop. Structured around deployment kits, controlled add-on inventory, and use-case-specific packs.
The standard range
Four node types are in production. Each is the same enclosure and the same setup — scan, provision over Bluetooth, and it starts publishing.
Temperature & Humidity
Air temperature and relative humidity
- Comfort and HVAC performance across zones
- Condensation and mould risk in cold or damp areas
- Cold store and storage-room monitoring
- Process environments with a specified range
Light
Ambient light level
- Daylight availability, for lighting that responds to it
- Rooms left lit when nobody is there
- Shift and occupancy patterns inferred without cameras
- Growth and display environments with a light requirement
Time-of-Flight
Distance to a surface, by laser
- Fill level in bins, tanks and hoppers
- Clearance and headroom around moving equipment
- Whether a bay, dock or parking space is occupied
- Position of a machine part through its travel
IMU
Orientation, acceleration and movement
- Tilt and settlement on structures and equipment
- Impact and shock during handling or transport
- Whether a machine is running, and how roughly
- Doors, gates and barriers actually moving
Beyond the standard range
Other sensing types run on the same nodes and are supplied per project rather than stocked: Radar presence, Motion, Vibration, Particulate matter, RFID, Opening / contact, GPS. If the measurement you need is not here, the node takes sensor heads over a standard connector — tell us what you are trying to see and we will scope it.
