Choose Your Deployment

Every Twinise deployment model delivers the full platform. The difference is where it runs, who operates it, and how governance is handled.

Deployment Lifecycle

This is the operational sequence from zero hardware to a live twin deployment. Each stage identifies scope ownership and typical duration.

Step 01

Order Kit

Select Starter, Pro, or Enterprise hardware based on initial device scope.

Owner: Customer + Twinise sales engineering
Typical duration: Varies
Step 02

Device Provisioning

Scan each device QR label with the Twinise mobile app, which provisions Wi-Fi and credentials over BLE.

Owner: Customer deployment team
Typical duration: Varies by site
Step 03

Edge / Gateway Setup

Install gateway, validate connectivity, and verify the cloud uplink.

Owner: Customer IT / OT
Typical duration: Varies by site
Step 04

Cloud Project Creation

Create project, assign devices, and apply telemetry schema templates.

Owner: Customer platform admin
Typical duration: Varies by site
Step 05

Unreal Plugin Binding

Bind Device IDs to scene actors and configure runtime data channels.

Owner: Twin / Unreal developer
Typical duration: Varies by project
Step 06

Live Telemetry Validation

Run signal checks, threshold tests, and alarm-trigger verification.

Owner: Customer engineering
Typical duration: Varies by site
Step 07

Scaling Phase

Add zones/devices and tune ingest and alarm thresholds.

Owner: Customer operations
Typical duration: Varies by rollout
Step 08

Production Deployment

Promote to live operating workflow with support and governance controls.

Owner: Customer + Twinise support
Typical duration: Ongoing

Zero to Live Twin Example

Example rollout for a single facility pilot expanding into multi-zone production operations.

Pilot Scope

  • Site profile: 1 facility, 3 monitored zones
  • Hardware: Twinise Pro Kit
  • Plan: Growth Cloud (recommended)
  • Deployment model: Cloud
  • Go-live target: agreed per engagement

Expansion Path

  • Week 1: Validate telemetry and alert thresholds
  • Week 2: Bind additional actors and alarm rules
  • Week 3+: Add device zones and coverage
  • Scale trigger: Move to Facility Cloud when device count grows
  • Enterprise trigger: Architecture review for larger estates
