Terms of Service
Last Updated: 2026-02-27
1. Platform Access
Access to the Twinise Cloud and Unreal Engine Connector is granted per organization and per connected device, on the plan you select. Connecting more devices than your plan covers is a billing matter: we will ask you to move to a plan that covers them.
2. Simulation Sandbox
The Simulation Sandbox is planned and not yet available. When it launches it will be provided "as-is" for architectural validation, with no uptime commitment, no support commitment, and no data retention beyond 48 hours.
3. Liability Bounds
Twinise provides infrastructure for telemetry collection, storage, visualization, and threshold alerting. Telemetry travels one way — from your devices to the platform. Twinise is not liable for physical damages, production losses, or safety incidents arising from decisions taken on the basis of platform data, alerts, or user-configured alarm rules. Operators maintain ultimate responsibility for facility safety.
4. Termination
Twinise reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these terms, including reverse-engineering hardware payloads or attempting to circumvent tenant isolation protocols.
