Warranty Policy

1. Base Coverage

All Twinise hardware (gateways and sensor nodes) includes a two-year operational warranty covering component failure under normal use.

2. Exclusions

The warranty explicitly excludes:

• Damage from electrical surges or grounding faults in the deployment facility.
• Modification of the gateway networking array.
• Ingress of fluids or particulates. The enclosures carry no ingress-protection rating.

3. Extended Coverage

Extended hardware coverage can be included in an enterprise agreement. Its scope and term are set at architecture review.
