Warranty Policy

1. Base Coverage

All Twinise architectural hardware (Gateways and Sensor Nodes) includes a two-year operational warranty covering component failure under standard operational environments (0°C to 50°C, non-condensing).

2. Exclusions

The warranty explicitly excludes:

• Damage from electrical surges or grounding faults in the deployment facility.
• Modification of the gateway networking array.
• Ingress of fluids in modules not specifically rated IP67 or above.

3. Extended Architecture Warranty

Enterprise tier subscriptions automatically include continuous hardware lifecycle replacements extending the base limitation as long as the telemetry subscription remains active.
