Return Policy

1. Scope of Returns

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Where those rights apply — including the cancellation rights consumers hold on distance sales — they take precedence over the terms below.

Hardware may be returned within 30 days of documented delivery. Custom deployments built to an agreed specification are handled case by case; contact us before returning one.

2. Technical Evaluation

Returned nodes are inspected on receipt before a refund is issued. Physical damage or tampering may reduce or void the refund.

3. Associated Charges

Upon authorized hardware return, per-device platform charges are pro-rated from the next billing period. The base plan fee for the current period is non-refundable.
