Return Policy

1. Scope of Returns

Standard Deployment Kits may be returned within 30 days of documented delivery if the hardware fails to integrate via the documented API pathways. Facility Kits and custom Enterprise deployments are non-refundable once hardware configuration pipelines have initialized.

2. Technical Evaluation

All returned nodes undergo exhaustive bench-testing upon receipt at Twinise engineering facilities. Returns triggered by physical damage or improper voltage application void any refundable condition.

3. Associated Licensing

Upon authorized hardware return, associated per-device platform licensing fees will be pro-rated. Base per-site tenant fees are non-refundable.
