Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Timelines

Kits ship within 5-7 business days of order confirmation, subject to stock. Facility Kits and custom deployments are scheduled at architecture review before dispatch.

2. Incoterms

International hardware shipments operate under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties and terminal handling charges in their respective jurisdiction.

3. Tracking and Documentation

Hardware ships by tracked courier. The tracking reference appears against your order in your account once the shipment is dispatched; invoices are available through the billing portal.
