Standard Deployment Kits ship within 5-7 business days. Facility and Custom Enterprise deployments undergo architectural review scheduling prior to dispatch.

2. Incoterms

International hardware shipments operate under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties and terminal handling charges in their respective jurisdiction.

3. Logistics Partners

We utilize enterprise-grade freight forwarders to ensure chain-of-custody integrity for all physical nodes and gateways. Tracking and commercial invoices are automatically provisioned via the Twinise portal.
