Acceptable Use Policy

1. API Utilization

Interaction with the Twinise API must respect stated rate limits (measured in requests per second). Automated polling that exceeds architectural best practices design parameters is prohibited. Websocket connections must implement exponential backoff upon connection failure.

2. Hardware Modifications

Physical tampering, firmware side-loading, or unauthorized electrical modifications to Twinise-supplied hardware voids all warranties and may result in immediate platform disconnection to protect network integrity.

3. Simulated Environments

The Simulation Sandbox may not be used for cryptomining, distributed denial of service (DDoS) staging, or any activity outside the scope of digital twin architecture evaluation.

4. Prohibited Content

Transmission of malicious payloads via custom sensor integrations into the Twinise Cloud is strictly forbidden.
