Acceptable Use Policy

1. API Utilization

Poll no faster than your use case requires. Twinise publishes no rate limits today; sustained load that degrades the service for other tenants may be throttled or suspended. Websocket connections must implement exponential backoff upon connection failure.

2. Hardware Modifications

Physical tampering, firmware side-loading, or unauthorized electrical modifications to Twinise-supplied hardware voids all warranties and may result in immediate platform disconnection to protect network integrity.

3. Simulated Environments

The Simulation Sandbox is on our roadmap. When it is available, it may not be used for cryptomining, distributed denial of service (DDoS) staging, or any activity outside the scope of digital twin architecture evaluation.

4. Prohibited Content

Transmission of malicious payloads via custom sensor integrations into the Twinise Cloud is strictly forbidden.
