What the Platform Does Today
Everything below is deployed on the Twinise cloud. Live means you can use it from your own account. Pilot means it works and we hand it over by arrangement. Anything not listed here is not available yet.
In the portal (Live)
- Control tab. Send a device a command: identify, light, outputs, settings and restart, as far as the board supports each. A command can run in timed steps.
- Calibrate. Records a device's rest state over about ten seconds and refuses if the device is not at rest. Alarm rules can then follow the rest state instead of a fixed number.
- Dashboards. Build and edit dashboards for a site, shared with everyone on it.
- Alerts. A live alert bell. Acknowledge and resolve alerts from the portal.
- Usage. Settings > Usage shows this month's stored data points against your plan allowance and the date it resets.
- API keys. Create scoped keys for programmatic access. A key is shown once, can be revoked, and only reaches the routes its scopes allow.
- Twin link. Pair the portal with your Unreal project: Find twin, Link code, then redeem the code in the plugin.
AI assistants (Live)
You can add Twinise to your own AI assistant. Use an API key, or add the Twinise connector by URL in the assistant and approve exactly what it may read on a consent page. The assistant can read devices, readings, alerts and dashboards, acknowledge alerts and send timed device commands. You can disconnect it at any time under Connected apps. Twinise does not predict, detect anomalies or make decisions with AI; the assistant you connect does the reasoning.
In Unreal Engine (Pilot)
The plugin is supplied by Twinise. Dashboards, alerts and device commands sync between the portal and the plugin. See Unreal Integration.
In Revit (Pilot, pre-release)
An add-in for Revit 2025 and 2026 links a model to your site, shows device data in a pane and places devices into the model. The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows shows "publisher could not be verified" and Revit asks you to choose Always Load. Access follows your plan and is being finalised.
